Privacy Statement for HiTech Computer Services

HiTech Computer Services has created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy.

Information Gathered : Your IP address and referral page is logged in order to help diagnose system problems and to administer our web site more effectively. This information is used to gather broad demographic information and to generate web site usage statistics. Statistic reports are never used to associate an IP address to any specific user or subscriber. When a user downloads a software or requests further information about our services or products, contact information is requested in order to provide answers and solutions in a timely manner. Inquiries pertaining to pricing or product availability will be forwarded to an authorized department, who will provide relevant feedback based on the user’s request. Contact Information is not used for marketing or bulk mailings and is not released to any third-parties. All emails from us contain a online link for site visitors to opt out of any future communications, email or otherwise.

Please read the available documentation on the web site and convince yourself about the utility of the product for you before ordering evaluation version.  Evaluation / Demo CD shall be sent to only bonafide or genuine users. All software and services available from group websites are subject to License and Limited Warranty Agreement which you must read before ordering any products. You may install and use one copy of the HITECH SOFTWARE on a single computer. 5 User and 10 User software licenses are for use on licensed number of computers connected on Windows network and for use by network users sharing the single database on file server. You can not use 5 User or 10 User License for 5 or 10 different computers each using its own database.

As with most software, HiTech software includes a warranty disclaimer. The software and the accompanying files are distributed "AS-IS" and without warranties as to performance or merchantability or any other warranties whether express or implied. No warranty of fitness for a particular use of the software is offered. In addition, by using the software you indicate your acceptance of the license agreement.
 
No liability or consequential loss will be accepted by HiTech Computer Services for any, or all, failure of the system provided. No warranty is offered on any product and /or service offered online unless explicitly offered in writing by the authorized department. The software that you download are subject to disclaimer like other software.
 
You also expressly understand and agree that:

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.   5. HiTech provides its service to you, subject to the these Terms of Use (TOU) , which may be updated by us from time to time without notice to you. In addition, when using particular HiTech services, you and HiTech shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services which may be posted from time to time.

  6. Any or all of these services may be discontinued for whatever reasons without any information, whatsoever, to you at anytime.
  7. Disputes, if any, are only subject to jurisdiction of Bhopal, India.

Limitation of liability

You expressly understand and agree that HiTech shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if HiTech has been advised of the possibility of such damages) , resulting from: (i) the use or the inability to use the service; (ii) the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services resulting from any goods, data, information or services purchased or obtained or messages received or transactions entered into through or from the service; (iii) unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data; (iv) statements or conduct of any third party on the service; or (v) any other matter relating to the service.
