Create Diagnostics Reports Bill Create Diagnostics Reports Bill, Creating Invoice For Diagnostic Reports Fee
To prepare the separate diagnostics report bill give the menu command named Create Diagnostics Reports Bill under the main menu named DIAGNOSTICS REPORT . When you give this command the following window is displayed:

Here you can either type in the patient information yourself. If the patient is either an Indoor Patient or a Outdoor Patient then the patient details can be fetched from the database. To get the patient detail from the database enter the Visit Serial Number of the patient visit in the field marked Visit S/N and then press command button marked FIND to fill the patient details in the billing window. Bill Number and current date is also filled in automatically.
Now to insert a report in the bill select the report in the drop down combo and then press command button marked INSERT REPORT to insert the report in the bill. The report shall be inserted in the bill along with rate, qty and account head for posting the amount received in the ledger for this report. You can fill in the lab number for the report and the date in the same row where the report is inserted. Igf you want to insert another report repeat the same process. You can also change the quantity or number for each reports. All calculations are made automatically and the total amount payable shall be shown in the field marked TOTAL .
You can specify the other charges associated with the bill in the field marked Other Charges . It shall be added in the bill. In the same way you can enter the percentage discount or the total discount amount and it shall be deducted from the total amount.
Now the entry is complete. If cash is paid for the report then enter the amount paid in the field marked Amount paid by the patient. If the full amount is paid then the reports bill shall be marked Paid otherwise the reports bill shall be marked Credit .
You can save the report by pressing the command button marked SAVE. The report shall be saved and posted in the ledger and the PRINT button shall be enabled so that now you can print the report.
To print the reports bill press the command button marked PRINT . It will display a print dialougue where you can select the printer. Press command button marked OK to send the diagnostics reports bill to the printer.

When you save the reports bill it will come in edit mode as shown in window above. Here you can edit this or another report. To close the command button marked Close to close the reports bill window. If you close on a reports bill that is not saved then you shall be prompted if you want to save the bill. Choose YES to save the report and exit.
