 HiTech Financial Accounting For Brokers (Accounting Software) menu command Bill Book - Financial Accounting Software, Inventory Control software for Business, Financial Accounting and Business Management software for Traders, Industry, Hotels, Hospitals, Medical Suppliers, Petrol Pumps, Newspapers, Magazine Publishers, Automobile Dealers, Commodity Brokers. Enterprise Software Directory - Find Business Management Software, Hitech is the largest online resource dedicated to guiding enterprises through the process of finding and selecting software solutions.

 Bill book lists all bills issued against bargains at one place. Each bargain figures in two bill; one for seller and another for purchaser. To display bill book give Menu Command Bill Book. Bill book will be displayed. By default the Bill book is displayed for current financial year. This period is displayed in the frame marked period.

Press the appropriate option button if you want to list bill entries selected as per the criterion listed in patterns for listing. If you want to list all bill entries press the command button List All.

Any period can be selected for displaying bill book entries of that period. To select period press option button Date. Enter the two dates in the text boxes which will be displayed. Press command button OK. All bill entries for that period will be displayed in the list.

To see bill entries pertaining to one particular party press option button Party Name. Enter the name of the party in the text box which will be displayed. To find the party from the list press Find command button. List of customer will be displayed. Bring focus to the desired customer name or click the name and then press OK on the customer list. customer name will appear in the frame marked Give customer name. Press OK here once again. Now only the bill entries belonging to that customer in the selected period will be displayed.

If you want to edit any bill then first bring that particular bill to focus in the grid by using tab and arrow keys or click it with the mouse in the grid. Once the bill is in focus then press command button Edit. That bill will be opened for edit. Edit the bill like you edit any other bill. When you close the edit window you will return to bill book. Any changes which you made in the bill will not be reflected in the bill book until you prepare the bill book again by pressing the appropriate option button.
