Customized Accounting Software and Website Development, Accounting software and Business Management software for Traders, Industry, Hotels, Hospitals, Supermarkets, petrol pumps, Newspapers Magazine Publishers, Automobile Dealers, Commodity Brokers etc.

 Bargain Register lists all types of bargain transaction at one place. To display Bargain Register give Menu Command Bargain Register Bargain Register will be displayed. By default the bargain register is displayed for current financial year. This period is displayed in the frame marked period.

Press the appropriate option button if you want to list bargain entries selected as per the criterion listed in patterns for listing. If you want to list all bargain entries press the command button List All.

Any period can be selected for displaying bargain register entries of that period. To select period press option button Date. Enter the two dates in the text boxes which will be displayed. Press command button OK. All bargain entries for that period will be displayed in the list.

To see bargain entries pertaining to one particular party press option button Party Name. Enter the name of the party in the text box which will be displayed. To find the party from the list press Find command button. List of customers will be displayed. Bring focus to the desired customer name or click the name and then press OK on the customer list. customer name will appear in the frame marked Give customer name. Press OK here once again. Now only the bargain entries belonging to that customer in the selected period will be displayed.

If you want to edit any bargain record then first bring that particular record to focus in the grid by using tab and arrow keys or click it with the mouse in the grid. Once the bill is in focus then press command button Edit. That bill will be opened for edit. Edit the note like you edit any other record. When you close the edit window you will return to bargain register. Any changes which you made in the record will not be reflected in the register until you prepare the register again by pressing the appropriate option button.
