Adding New A/C Entries

 HiTech Financial Accounting For Brokers (Accounting Software) menu command How To Add New A/C Entries - Website Development, Hosting, Custom Accounting Software, Accounting software and Business Management software for Traders, Industry, Hotels, Hospitals, Supermarkets, petrol pumps, Newspapers Magazine Publishers, Automobile Dealers, Commodity Brokers etc. Free Business Software downloads, Financial Accounting Software Download, Free business software downloads freeware sharware demo. Software for Hotels, Hospitals, traders, industries, petrol pumps, medical stores, newspapers, commodity brokers.

 To make A/C entries give Menu Command Receipt & Other A/C Entries . A/C Entry window will be displayed. To add new A/C Entries press command button Add on the Data Command Button Group . The various data field of the A/c entries record will become empty so that you can enter a new record and heading of this command button will be changed as Update.

By default the next available A/C number and previous A/c entry date will be displayed. In A/C entry window there are four columns : Debit A/C, Credit A/C, Debit Amount Rs. & Credit Amount Rs. Appropriate entries in all four columns must be made for correct posting in ledger. If there are more then one account head to be debited or credited then all of them should be entered on appropriate side.

Select the account head from the drop down list of accounts. The list of accounts will be displayed. You can select appropriate account head from the list by typing its name when the grid is in focus or by using mouse or cursor keys. The selected account head will be entered in the cell of the A/c box.

When you have finished entering the account heads then enter the appropriate amounts in the debit and credit columns. After finished entering the debit & credit amount then enter the party name and narration. As these entry are not taken to main ledger it is possible for you to make only one i.e., only credit or debit entries. Trial balance is also not prepared using these entries.

To add more in the narration type in the text box provided for narrations. You will type your narration here.

When you have finished entering the record then press command button Update. A message will be displayed " Do You Want to Save The Current Record ?", press lquote Yes' to save the entered record or press lquote No' to abort. you can enter another record or do something else. To save your record automatically Tick check box Save All Changes Automatically.

To add another entries again press command button Add and follow the above steps. To close A/c entries press command button Close.
