 HiTech Financial Accounting For Brokers (Accounting Software) menu command How To Add New Bargain Record - Financial Accounting Software, Inventory Control software for Business, Financial Accounting and Business Management software for Traders, Industry, Hotels, Hospitals, Medical Suppliers, Petrol Pumps, Newspapers, Magazine Publishers, Automobile Dealers, Commodity Brokers. Enterprise Software Directory - Find Business Management Software, Hitech is the largest online resource dedicated to guiding enterprises through the process of finding and selecting software solutions.

 To add new bargain record give Menu Command Bargain Record. A window will be displayed for Bargain Record Entry. The various details about the bargain as purchaser name, seller name, qty, rate and commodity etc. can be typed in the text boxes which are labeled accordingly. When the bill is prepared for these bargain details of purchase bill and seller bills are filled in the given text boxes by the computer. These data fields or text boxes are bound to the Data Control linked to bargain information database. As you will click one of the four buttons on the data control you will see the text displayed in the bound text boxes change accordingly.

To add new Bargain Record press command button Add on the Data Command Button Group . The various data field of the bargain record will become empty so that you can enter a new record and heading of this command button will be changed as Update . First enter the seller name. To enter the seller name press the button Find customer list window will be opened. You will select one customer and press OK . For help refer Customer List . Purchaser name can also be picked from customer list. You have to set up all your parties in customer record. Since you will charge commission from both they are both customers for you.

Bargain no. and date is filled in for you. Now you can start typing the appropriate information in the text boxes like rate of brokerage Rs., seller brokerage, purchaser brokerage, total brokerage etc. To move from one text box / field to another use Tab and Shift Tab keys help you to move upward direction on the keyboard or use mouse.

Now typing after the seller information again press the button Find for entering the purchase name. Customer list will be displayed, you will choose the customer name and press the OK button. After selecting the customer name you will enter the other information like commodity, qty, rate etc. related to purchaser.

When you have finished entering the record then press command button Update. A message will be displayed " Do You Want to Save The Current Record ?", press lquote Yes' to save the entered record or press No to abort. You can enter another record or do something else. To save your record automatically Tick check box Save All Changes Automatically.

To add another record again press command button Add and follow the above steps. To close customer record press command button Close.
