* When I try to install the program I get Runtime error "File can not be loaded..."

The program installation and the program itself needs Visual Basic 6.0 Run Time files installed in windows. If you do not have VB6.0 runtime files on your computer then you will get this error. Also the program uses OCX from other version. So you need to download the VB6 runtime files and install them before you install the program and operate it. Simply download the runtime files from the site and install them using setup program before installing the business software.

* How do I set my currency and time setting for my country ?

You can do that by the following menu command of the program:
Ulilities >> Setup / Edit Company >> Select Company >> Click other options tag >> Enter desired vales for currency.
For changing the time format (i.e, from MM/DD/YY to DD/MM/YYYY)goto windows control panel and modify settings under regional settins.

* What are the other software requirements, Is the SQL server database version available?

All the standard version of the software currently use VB6 SP5 as front end developmement tool. The back end databases are MS Access 2000 version (DAO 3.6). The Access version of the software do not need any other software in order to run. All these software can be ported to SQL server and can use a SQL server System DSN for ODBC connection to the SQL server database. You must have SQL server installed on your computer with a supporting OS like Windows 2000, Windows XP or Windows NT for software with SQL server database. The charges for porting a software for use with SQL server are extra. Please email us for more details.
